Every person with care degree II or III has to retrieve a consultation mission every six months according to §37 Abs. 3 SGB XI. If the person has a care degree of IV or V, this mission has to be retrieved every three months. If the consultation mission does not take place, the nursing insurance can shorten the care allowance. If it happens more often, it can be dropped completely. To prevent this, our nurses can carry out these consultation missions. For that, it is not necessary for the child to be one of our active patients. You can simply call us and we inform you if we have the capacities to perform a consultation mission for you.
